PACE Development is planning two new projects with one schedule to go up on Naradhiwas-Rajanakarin Road while another project in Niseko, a world renowned mountain resort town near Hokkaido in Japan, is currently being studied, the company announced in a press release.

Sorapoj Techakraisri, PACE Development CEO, noted in the press release that the company has a purchase agreement to acquire a prime land plot on Naradhiwas-Rajanakarin Road and is working on a plan to build a residential high-rise development on the premise. PACE wants to take advantage of the neighborhood’s convenient, quiet and livable atmosphere to for this new project.

The plot of land can be accessed via Naradhiwas-Rajanakarin and Nang-Linchee roads, is connected to Sathorn and Rama 3 roads and is adjacent to two expressways. He noted the new residential development would be a mixture of condominium space and single-detached housing elements to meet the needs of families who prefer open living arrangements. The company will have more details about the project sometime in early 2016.

“Furthermore, PACE is doing a feasibility study of a ski resort villa development in Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan to cater to a large number of Thai and international tourists who visit the town during the ski season,” Sorapoj stated. “Widely regarded as one of Japan’s premier ski resorts, Niseko is a beautiful and pristine town and visitors can enjoy its power snow virtually throughout the year. It is estimated that Niseko welcomes as many as 1.5 million visitors every year. PACE has been working on concepts of the two new projects and will be able to officially disclose further details in the near future.”

PACE currently has three properties under construction. MahaNakhon is now 90 percent complete and ownership transfer is expected to start in early 2016, MahaSamutr will start sales in early 2016 and Nimit Langsuan is already sold out.
