Whizdom Avenue Ratchada – Ladprao

Whizdom Avenue Rachada-Ladprao, the latest condominium development from developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation, has achieved 80 percent sales and expects to sell all its units before the end of the year.

Thanomsak Kaeokhiao (pictured), the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the company, said : “Once launched, the development was enthusiastically received by many customers who visited the site and decided to become part of the Whizdom family with us.

“This is proof that the purchasing power in the medium- to high-end segment of the market is still strong, with great demand for residential condominiums.

He added that the success of this project can be attributed to the development concept, which highlights an environmentally-friendly aspect.

Each part of the design conforms to the “Whizdom Standard”, he said, as well as reflecting criteria from the Thai Green Building Institute which is trusted for quality.

Moreover, the project has reached the GOLD level of quality for assessing sustainability, energy and environmental impact in Thailand (TREES-NC), ensuring a great living experience and enhanced quality of life.

“We firmly believe that the quality condominium market can grow so much more- in particular projects situated along the mass-transit routes. From now on our focus will be to develop projects close to such systems.

Interestingly he noted his company is expecting an influx of foreign businessmen as a result of AEC 2015 which starts in December of this year, who will want condos that meet international standards.

Whizdom Avenue Ratchada – Ladprao is a 27-storey building on the Ladprao Road – Ratchadaphisek Road intersection. The front of the building is next to the Ladprao MRT subway station.

Unit types include studios of 27 sqm, one-bedrooms with 30-38 sqm, two-bedrooms of 47-56 sqm, duplex units of 76-77 sqm and penthouses of 105-129 sqm.

Prices start from THB3.8million baht and completion is expected in 2017.
