Sansiri is calling in the big names to help with the launch of its new 98 Wireless development which is scheduled to take place in October. Sansiri has entrusted the interior design of the project to renowned designer Anne Carson who will style the reception area and amenities floors. She, in collaboration with Ralph Lauren Home, are set to design the five show units.

“This is the third project in the world and the first in Asia in which Ralph Lauren Home has been involved,” said William Li, president of Ralph Lauren Home. “The other two Ralph Lauren Home-branded properties are private homes in Moscow and France.”

The interiors will be a sight to behold with high-end materials from around the world being used. Each unit will feature white oak flooring and mahogany door panels from the US, Moleanos limestone from Portugal and Carrara marble from Italy. Kitchens will be equipped with SubZero refrigerators and wine cabinets, Gaggenau appliances and SieMatic cabinetry. Meanwhile bathrooms will have Lefroy Brooks and Kallista fixtures and accessories.

And the developer is sparing no expense when it comes to the exterior design as well. Sansiri appointed the Design Worldwide Partnership as the design architect for the Beaux-Arts-style façade. The group is one of the most respected and influential architects in the world.

The condo has been generating massive buzz and 20 units have already been sold to Thai buyers despite no launch or formal preview. All three penthouses at 98 Wireless were sold very quickly as well with the super penthouse fetching THB600 million.

Sansiri will officially launch the project later this year in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taipei and Bangkok. That is when the remaining 57 units will be put up for sale with units expected to be snapped up quickly.
