NYE Estate recently launched KRAAM, a super luxury condominium on Sukhumvit 26 that is worth THB3.5 billion. The developer believes the project combines the essence of household living and environmental friendliness while being strategically located in one of downtown Bangkok’s most unique and peaceful locations.
“KRAAM is our first high-rise super luxury condominium project as well as a hallmark of our 2016 portfolio that fully reflects our unique strengths – distinct identity, innovative design, functionality and commitment to greenery,” Ornruedi Na-Ranong, chief executive officer, NYE Estate, explained in a press release. “The project is meticulously devised to bring out the functionality and essence of household living for family life, set on the highly sought-after location of Sukhumvit 26, which is a major central business district with all the conveniences of urban living, yet a serene, private neighborhood.”
The development will stand 29-stories tall and feature 128 units in total. With only six to eight units on each floor, the goal is to provide privacy and serenity to residents. There are four room types at KRAAM with units ranging from one to four bedrooms. Prices at the development start at approximately THB15 million.
“KRAAM is designed with a green living concept to stand in harmony with the existing environment. A 100-year old flame tree is preserved in the courtyard of the property, providing shade and tranquility for residents,” Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, managing director, NYE Estate stated. “The design of the property focuses on providing the best environment for family living.”
Developers want to create a “Home-Like” condominium and have put functionality as the main focus of the layout and interior design. Each unit is outfitted with a yard to provide private laundry, storage space plus improved ventilation and there is ample car parking space on-site as well. High-quality materials and appliances are another signature of the project with one example of this being the kitchens fitted with Gaggenau appliances. Common facilities include a fitness and yoga room, a swimming pool, a steam room and a library.
