Raimon Land recently launched The Lofts Asoke, a freehold condo development worth more than THB3.1 billion. This will be the company’s 2nd project under its Lofts brand on Sukhumvit Road and will be located near the Asoke BTS station. According to the company, nearly 75% of the units at the project have already been sold.

The stylish industrial warehouse loft districts in New York neighbourhoods such as Tribeca and SOHO inspired the development. The Lofts Asoke has a design that is ideal for inner city living with each residence decorated with varying interior themes to suit the resident’s tastes.
There are 211 units at The Lofts Asoke and the building itself stands 45-storeys tall. The development is situated on a 1.5-rai land plot and is situated in the central business district of Asoke. It is close to several facilities including shopping centres and restaurants as well as the BTS and MRT stations.
