Property Perfect Launches New Project In Hokkaido, Japan

Property Perfect has become the 1st Thai developer to launch a project in Japan. The company will develop YU Kiroro, a ski-in/ski-out luxury condo in Kiroro, Hokkaido. The development will have a total of 108 units that will be for sale on a freehold basis.

Hokkaido is one of the most popular ski destinations in the world and has become a must stop location for Asian skiers and snowboarders. Niseko and Kiroro are the most popular ski spots in Hokkaido with the latter being less than 2-hour drive from the new Chitose Airport in Sapporo, and only 45-minute drive to Niseko

Kiroro has amazing natural beauty and some of the finest snow quality in Japan, which has made it a hidden gem for visitors. Another unique point about this spot is the fact it is a family-friendly environment which is different from the constantly crowded Niseko resort area.

Buying ski property has become a new investment trend in Asia. At the moment, supply is relatively low in this segment while there is currently high demand for ski-in/ski-out developments. These units are in demand from Thai buyers as well as Hong Kong and Singaporean investors who vacation at the property and let it out when away.

YU Kiroro is open all year round and has a number of facilities and amenities for residents to use, including an all day dining restaurant, indoor and outdoor onsen, gym, lounge, family rooms and children spaces. And thanks to the ski-in/ski-out feature, it is always easy to hit the slopes.

Official launch is set for February. Pricing for YU Kiroro is expected to be quite attractive to Thai investors as it is not far from a luxury condo in Thonglor area.
