The result of this fully completed condo development was a win for Best Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok) at this year’s 14th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in August 2019. A highly commended award was also achieved for the project in the Best Affordable Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok) category.
Bangkok based Architects & Associates brought close to 30 years of experience to the development, collaborating as the project architects. Meanwhile, I’LL DESIGN STUDIO perfected the interiors, with talent from its 50-strong company team. Established in 1990, RAFA took care of the landscaping, applying an ethos of outdoor spaces that integrate with the architecture.
Eastern Star Real Estate has a solid reputation for property development along the Eastern Seaboard, an important economic corridor, down to the province of Rayong, as well as within the capital. For this year’s judges, the winning project ticked several important boxes.

With three distinct lawn areas acting as a vital buffer to the main road, the condo includes one rai of gardens. Added to this expansive feeling is the luxurious height of the ceilings, measuring 2.7 metres, which is often only a feature in more upmarket developments. There are also full-length sliding glass doors leading out onto balconies that offer 270-degree panoramic views.
The 563 suites are situated within a 37-storey tower that has a graduated step-like architectural design to maximise layout and size potential, giving upper units plenty of natural light.
