[Special Advertising Feature] In a world of niche-market developments, the beauty of Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit condominium is within how it is designed and envisioned to be the first super-luxury intergeneration family residence in Thailand.

Developer Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit Corporation is a subsidiary of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), which reveals the might of a true real-estate superpower behind the project’s clearly defined ethos.

With a prime setting in the high-profile Phrakhanong part of Bangkok’s Sukhumvit Road thoroughfare, the development’s modus operandi is to bring families together in a positive, interconnected environment within a modern metropolis; capturing the values of the past and bringing them into the present day with style and design gusto.

The unique development attracted three awards at the 14th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in August 2019, namely wins for Best Luxury Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) and Best Universal Design Development, with a highly commended in the Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok) category.

Enhancing the distinct characteristics in every aspect of the build are talented collaborators, including award-winning architects HB Design Company, with offices in Bangkok, Singapore, and Jakarta.

Delivering a strong style statement to the interiors is Bangkok-based Leo International Design Group, beautifully integrating over 30 years of hospitality experience into a residential context. Meanwhile, Landscape Collaboration, also based in the capital, are intent on manifesting creative solutions that are centred around people and nature to shape the environment and design of the outdoor spaces.

Architecturally, the design crosses the generational gap. A sense of grandeur, refinement, and Art Deco elements resonate with older residents, while contemporary details are incorporated to give the overall look of the development a younger vibe, such as vertical fins down the façade adding texture.

The 148-metre condominium tower boasts 286 units, with an average unit size of 80 square metres. This comprises 144 one-bedroom units, with an option to connect to a two-bedroom unit of which there are 136, along with five three-bedroom apartments and one five-bedroom unit.

Intuitively and purposefully created universal design features that define the property’s conceptual DNA stood out as praiseworthy to this year’s judges, who applauded this strong focus on residential realities.

“Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit is designed to meet multigenerational needs with wide corridors and entrances, railings at two heights, colour-coded navigation, and distinctive zones; developers Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit Corporation also incorporating lighting sensors and even personal robots.”

Gentle slopes and layouts that afford ample space for wheelchairs, and bathrooms with rails, as well as lights with relaxing colour temperature, are also designed for residents that have mobility issues. Round-the-clock caregiving services are also available.

Interiors at the Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit fuse elegant, timeless decor, with glass conservatory nooks that embody freedom and privacy, and interconnected spaces that complement the universal design philosophy and smart-living principles that underpin the condominium’s style narrative.

The facilities and outdoors continue the theme of families coming together with five gardens and four pools, each it’s their own identity, as well as a private onsen, spa room, salon, and a golf simulator. From a sky garden with a treehouse for kids, gazebo for adults, and exercise equipment for seniors, there is a solid sense of integration, while panoramic views of greenery and the Chao Phraya River complete the picture of wellness and leisure.

Hydrotherapy and a kids’ swimming pool, plus exercise and dance classes, add to this diversity, while an observation deck is for shared moments within the whole community. A vegetable garden provides free produce, while afternoon tea is served daily in the Residents Lounge, with a communal living room and dining room all following through with a promise of togetherness.
