Building A is located on the front of project area while B is at the back. Building A has mixed units with north and south orientations which are the the best directions to get good airflow and not to be too direct with the sun. For those who are not afraid of getting sunburns, the sun deck which is an outdoor recreational area projected from the wall of the unit makes a great place they shall take pleasure in at their convenient. On the other hands, the units of Building B orient south-west and north-east, which are in line with the outdoor air inflows but also are exposed to the minimal amount of light shed from these directions, preventing the rooms from becoming overheat. These units offer great sea view, pool view and garden view.

The usual units from 7th floor or above allow for all-embracing beach views, but at Building B, the best views that can be watched are the views of the mountains and the pool. The units of Building A that face towards the south can make the most of the garden view and mild southerly airflow. Location

The Deck Patong condominium is located by Rat Uthit (Patong 2nd road), which makes a connection with Phrabarami road, the driveway which adjoins Phuket Airport and Phuket Town. The condo is found on the left when driving along Rat Uthit from the direction of Phrabarami Rd.

– 400 metre off the beach of Pa Tong, the equivalent of approximately 5 minutes of walk of the condo. The beach can be conveniently accessed through Soi Chalorm Phrakiat past Ibis Phuket Patong Hotel and Graceland Resort. This beach is situated on the west coast of Phuket and is famous for its beautiful sand and clear water as well as the serene air entirely engulfing it.

 

– 750 metre from the pedestrian mall. Taking 10 minutes of walk to get there, this street resembles the pedestrian zone Khaosan Road in Central Bangkok and the other amid Pattaya that are all best known for nightlife entertainment and densely lined with storefronts located off-road.
