Plum Condo Ram 60 Interchange is located on Ramhgamhaeng 60 Alley, around 200 metres from the main road. The surroundings in this alley is quite buzzing with daily life activities of old community; here you can find restaurants on the sides of the street, convenience stores, clinics, and some small-sized businesses run by the locals. The only concern seems to be traffic congestion on Ramkhamhaeng Road, especially at Lam Sali Junction near the project where the bottleneck is severely inevitable. Those who own personal vehicle should check the traffic condition before set off the journey.

Residents may opt to take shortcuts in Ramkhamhaeng 60 Alley which lead to Krung Thep Kritha Road and Hua Mak Road to avoid congestion on Ramkhamhaeng Road, and proceed down to Rama IX Road. The closest expressway is Sirat Expressway or Motorway 7.

For public transportation, there’re several minibuses, motorcycle taxis, and taxis running down Ramkhamhaeng 60 Alley, however, if your time is limited, walking up to find them on the main road would be more convenient, plus the availability of public bus which can take you to ARL Hua Mak Station at 3.5 kilometres distance, or to The Mall Bankapi Pier which is around 1 kilometre away. Ramkhamhaeng is one of the city zones full of condominiums, suitable for citizens who commute to workplace in Rama IX, Asoke, and Sukhumvit with the convenience of ARL Ramkhamhaeng, and the upcoming MRT Orange Line would lift the convenience even higher. Moreover, new residential projects on this location commence lower starting prices compared to those in areas with direct access to the inner city.
