Hi I have moved to Thailand recently and am staying in Chumphae at the moment. I would like to ask are there any properties with a garden - house not to big needed really - that i can have a dog at. She has come over with me from England and is well house trained and quiet ! I am looking the Khonkaen sort of area ? Any ideas would be gratefully received. Also what documentation would you need from me and what are the normal rental periods on the properties ? Thank you in advance. Kind regards

Derek Knight (age 54 (single) with an income but i dont work in this country and have 1 year visa which i will be renewing every year till i get a permanent one (that will be a little while down the line i think though!)
