Hi lm foreigner from french l want buy condo l saw some condo lumpini chonburi about 700000 b
But l have question in 2008 when l buy my condo in BKK l have to have Thor tor 3 by making transfert from my country but that's time it's need only 20000$ transfert to get Thor tor 3 but since 2013 it's need 50k$ to have Thor tor
I have enough money in Thailand to buy condo 700000b but l don't have enough to make transfert 50k$ to have Thor tor
Is there another option to buy condo without need Thor tor 3
