Hi.I wonder if chinese can buy property in Thailand with their names on the pappers?If not,in witch way can they buy in a safe way?Thanks

Only Thai people or a Thai Company can buy LAND in their own name. If you want to have the property title papers in your own name the only way to do this is to buy an apartment in a Condominium which is registered under " The Condominium Act", this is a Thai Law. The title is called a " Foreign Freehold Title" and can go in your own name. This is a completely safe way to buy and is supported by Thai Law. Read More
