There are various night markets, Big Cs and Tesco Lotus around the island, but the best location for all is probably near Central Festival. So Phuket Town is close for the night market, you have a large Big C, Makro and Tesco Lotus all along the same road.

If you can give me an idea of how much you want to spend I will see if we have anything for you.

Thank you very much for your response. As a matter of fact, I am looking for condo's in Bangkok area. I am planning to retire soon and am looking for a 1 bedroom condo in Bangkok near night markets/Supermarkets.
