Singapore will get to experience the first official launch of Bangkok mixed-use freehold development Park 24 at a property exhibition in the city-state this weekend.
Park 24 (pictured) is a mega freehold mixed-use project located between Sukhumvit Soi 22 and Sukhumvit Soi 24 in the Thai capital. The total development area is 19,744 sqm with a total of six buildings.
With the exception of building one, which is a commercial building and is already fully reserved, the rest of the towers come with their own facilities.
Singapore real estate agency Trillion is currently marketing tower two, a 50-storey tower with approx. 533 units.
Park 24 is localed 500 metres from the District EM, which will include the revamped Emporium, the EmQuartier (Emporium II) which is slated to open this December, and the upcoming EmShpere (Emporium 3).
District EM cost more than THB20 billion and is aimed at transforming the area into a highly luxurious shopping and entertainment hub.
The Singapore property exhibition featuring Park 24 will take place in Singapore at Hilton Level 5, between 10am to 6pm on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12.
There event will include a project seminar by the developer, Thongchai Busrapan, the Chief Executive Officer of Proud Residences Co., Ltd. Proud Real Estate is the real estate development arm of the Prayoonwit Group, one of the largest and oldest civil construction companies in Thailand.
