The number of visitors to the English pages of DDproperty.com, Thailand’s number one property website, continued to grow last month – attracting significant attention from buyers, renters and sellers of property throughout the kingdom.

Two-bedroom condo, Rathathewi, Bangkok.
The most-viewed listing on DDproperty.com‘s English pages during February 2015 was for a two-bedroom condominium for rent in Ratchathewi.
For THB25,000 baht per month, the tenant will get a fully-furnished, renovated, 80 sqm unit with a city view and a balcony in the Wittayu Complex development. The unit also comes with two bathrooms.
One-bedroom condo, Yan Nawa, Bangkok.
The next most viewed listing on the English pages of DDproperty.com was a one bedroom condomiuium for sale.
The one-bedroom unit in Yan nawa near Rama 3 measures 32 sqm, and is located close to both the Chao Phraya River and Rama 3.
The asking price for the furnished unit is THB2.8 million.
Land near the beach, Koh Samui.
Attracting the third most views last month on DDproperty.com‘s English pages was what was described as a quiet plot of freehold land some 200 metres from beautiful sandy beach on the island of Koh Samui.
The cleared and fenced plot boasts six coconut trees, with electricity and water supplies close by.
The 1 rai 13 sq wah plot has since been taken down by the agent, so it’s extremely likely that the reduced-price listing, at THB2.29 million, was met.
