Thai property buyers and investors were out in force last Saturday, attending an overseas property investment exhibition organised by Thai real estate agency Sincere Real Estate.
The event featured overseas property investments from the United Kingdom and Japan, and attendees gained useful and insightful information from several seminars.
Amornrat Chumrit, Project Director for Sincere Real Estate, told DDproperty.com: “Investors were very interested in our show. As we expected they were keen to consider properties with assured rental yields.”
She added the event received a good level of attention.
“We hope several units will be sold soon, and because of the good response we will arrange this show again in early July.”
