They impressed any first-time buyers with its entrancing and elegant designs, owing largely to the developer’s experience of raising more than 15 projects in Bangkok and other provinces that altogether have the combined number of units exceeding 10,000 units. 3 of them are the uptown and downtown condos scattering around Phuket including The Base Downtown Phuket (sales closed), The Base Uptown Phuket, and lastly the 14 storeys of luxuriously appointed condominium named The Base Height Phuket located amid Phuket Town’s affluent area. Sansiri held a campaign going by the name of Earn from The Holidays, as a part of their time-share sales strategy inviting any clients or designated targets to attend the presentation with a clear purpose of selling 8 ready-to-move-in condos. The campaign’s package offers each of the fervent buyers 60 days’ worth of stay over Sansiri’s 15 total condominiums in 5 prime cities across Thailand. 7 of 15 projects in total are the sold-out condos in which the buyers can secure temporary lodgings in exchange for the points they collected. At the launch of this event, it was said to guarantee the buyer 6-7% rental returns on annual basis for 2-5 years straight.

Plus Property takes responsibility on rent management for the owners of the units and at present is managing over 700 units. The average rental price of all units at The Base Height Phuket is in the neighborhood of Bt 25,000 per month (short contract) and Bt 18,000 a month (6 months or longer). 7% rental return annually for 2 years at the minimum is guaranteed.
