Major Development PLC. (MJD) has launched a new project, a luxury high-rise condominium in Asok CBD. Named as MUNIQ Sukhumvit 23, the project will sit in Prasan Mit Alley where residents can access from both Sukhumvit 23 Alley and Asok-Montri Road. This is another eye-catching project of MJD after the boom of Marque Sukhumvit 39 two years ago. While Marque Sukhumvit has its starting price around 300,000 baht per square metre due to its super luxury standard, MUNIQ Sukhumvit 23 will commence at 190,000 baht per square metre, approximately. MUNIQ Sukhumvit 23 is located in Prasan Mit Alley, a passage that is 200 metres away from Asok Montri Rd. The project can also be reached through Sukhumvit 23 Alley, from Sukhumvit Road. Nowadays, Asok is one of the Bangkok’s most admiring places to live. Getting There

If you come by BTS, take the exit that lead towards Asok Junction and walk across the junction to enter Sukhumvit 23 Alley on the right hand side.

If you come by MRT, alight at Sukhumvit Station and take Exit 2 as shown in the picture below, it will take you to the place around Interchange 21 building. Then, proceed your walk further to find Sukhumvit 23 Alley on the left hand side.

However, if you come from Petchaburi Road, enter Asok Montri Road and drive straight for about 800 m. util you meet this junction, turn left
