THE LINE Phahon – Pradiphat is presumed to be a 34-storey condominium, sitting on the an area around 3-4 rai. Certainly, the project comes with the iconic concept of the series, “Location is Everything,” emphsised on the convenience of nearby public transit for residents to commute to workplaces; and the chosen station of this neoteric residence is BTS Saphan Khwai, which is located 500 m. away. THE LINE Phahon – Pradiphat has its location right on Pradipat main road near Pradipat 21 Alley as shown in the picture. The project will be approximately 500 m. away from BTS Saphan Kwai, which is still a walkable distance. Along the way to the mentioned public transit, you will spot Big C superstore and Paolo Memorial Hospital.
Surroundings
Pradipat Road is a stretch of historic road that connects Rama V and Phahonyothin roads together. Along this passage, you will find 3- to 4-storey commercial buildings on both sides of the road. These buildings portrays the senes of traditional community, the place where merchants and shops’ owners have dwelled here for a long period of time. You would hardly see any high-tech-looking buildings here, but the place is very close to renowned hangout places such as Chatuchak Park, CentralPlaza Lardprao, and La Villa community mall.
In a broader perspective, the areas along Phahonyothin Road, from BTS Victory Monument to BTS Saphan Khwai, are running out of land supplies to be developed with residences. Moreover, Phahonyothin Road comprises a lot of official places and office buildings, the factors which limited the number of feasible land plots. Likewise, more residences are commonly found in the alleys; and those are mostly low-rise ones due to the government restrictions.

There are great number of customers here and most of them are office workers who commute to workplaces via the BTS Saphan Khwai. Along this road, there are plenty of street restaurants as well, which is another convenience for people whom decided to live here”
Next, we have interviewed the owner of a street watch-repair shop
“This location used to be more prosperous and booming back in the old days. Shops and retails here were full with customers, the ambiance was highly active and the trade volumes each day were high. At night, there were a lot of nighters came out to the entertainment place nearby. Nowadays, however, a lot of office workers come to dwell here”

The opposite side of Pradipat Road is Suthhisan Winitchai Road which leads you to find Vibhavadi Rangsit Road

There’s motorcycle taxi service near the entrance of the alley. Going to BTS Saphan Khwai cost around 15 baht, and 25-30 baht for going to BTS Ari

Getting There

From Victory Monument, drive straight upward on Phahonyothin Road. After you have passed BTS Ari, prepare to turn left into Pradiphat Road. Once you have entered Pradiphat Road, go straight for a short distance and you will find the project on the right near Pradiphat 21 Alley

From Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, take the frontage road and turn left into Sutthisan Winitchai Rd and go straight all the way, crossing the intersection into Pradiphat Road. Then, go straight for a short distance and you will find the project on the right near Pradiphat 21 Alley

From Chatuchak Park, drive downward along Phahonyothin Road. After you have passed BTS Saphan Kwai, stay on the rightmost lane to turn right into Pradiphat Road. Then, go straight for a short distance and you will find the project on the right near Pradiphat 21 Alley
