Ladprao 71 is a large community area surrounded by five major roads: Ladprao Road, Ratchadaphisek Road, Phahonyothin Road, Prasertmanukit (Kaset-Nawamin Road), and Praditmanutham Road which stretches under Ramintra-Atnarong Expressway. Ladprao 71 comprises mostly of housing and townhouse projects, but as their prices rise higher and reach at 4 million baht at the moment, condominiums which offer lower prices between 1.5-2.5 million baht become another option for buyers to consider. In fact, a few low-rise condominium projects have already gained positive feedback after their debuts, mainly due to the well-connected road transport, close-by public and lifestyle amenities people found in this area, and notably a large lake covering an area over 21 rai that gives homes in this neighbourhood a calm soothing view. However, land prices on smaller roads like Nak Niwat Road, Sangkom Songkror Road, Sukonthawat Road, and Ladprao Wanghin Road are revealed at only 80,000 baht per square wah.
Nak Niwat Road, where Atmoz Ladprao 71 is situated on, has a much flowing traffic compared with Ladprao Road or Chok Chai 4 Road, yet still offers residents a short distance to reach major roads. In comparison, condominium projects established right by the main roads – for example, on Ratchadaphisek Road – would generally commence their starting prices around 150,000 baht per square metre, whereas on Nak Niwat Road, the starting prices are merely 70,000 baht per square metre on average. This figure would last no longer than the official opening of the new mass transit lines. Future Mass Transit Lines
– MRT Yellow Line (Ladprao-Samrong): an elevated monorail track which runs 30.4 kilometres and consists of 23 stations. It will also connect to MRT Blue Line at Ratchada-Lat Phrao Station. MRT Yellow Line is expected to complete in 2017.
– Monorail Grey Line (Vatcharapol-Thonglor): a monorail track that will run in north-and-south axis. Monorail Grey Line is divided into three sections: the first section runs 16.35 kilometres and consists of 15 stations; the second section runs between Phra Khanong and Rama 3; the third section runs between Phra Khanong and Tha Phra; the total distance is 39.91 kilometres. At the moment, the project is pending for EIA approval.

Atmoz Ladprao 71 is located on Nak Niwat Road (Ladprao 71), where Ladprao Road is less than 4 kilometres away southwards, and Prasertmanukit Road is less than 3 kilometres away northwards. Nak Niwat Road is also connected to other smaller roads such as Chok Chai 4 Road and Ladprao Wanghin Road, which are the shortcuts leading to exit on Ratchadaphisek 32 and Phahonyothin 32. To avoid traffic congestion, you can take Ramintra-Atnarong Expressway and land on several destinations: Rama 9, Ramkhamhaeng, Ekkamai, Thonglor, etc.

Getting There

From Praditmanutham Road heading towards Ramintra, go straight on the interchange over Praditmanutham-Ladprao Intersection. If you take Ramintra-Atnarong Expressway, take Ladprao Chok Chai 4 Exit and follow the same direction.

After descended from the interchange, keep left (the right path leads to Ramintra-Atnarong Expressway)

Go straight for about 600 metres, you will find a shortcut to Nak Niwat Road (via Sangkhom Songkror Road). Notice the green shortcut sign.

After entered the shortcut, go straight for about 500 metres and turn right into Nak Niwat Road at the T junction.

Keep going straight pass Nak Niwat 29 where the opposite side is Nak Niwat 16 which is a shortcut to Praditmanutham Road where Central Eastvill is situated.
