As available land plots in West Phuket are running scarce, new territories such as East Phuket and Natai Beach in Phang Nga Province have become new locations among developers; theses two beachfront arrays start to accommodate more luxury projects each year due to its intact nature, proximity to nearby amenities, and lower land price.
