Chapter One Eco Ratchada – Huaikwang is located on Pracha Uthit Road, the path that connects to Pradit Manutham Road and Ramkhamhaeng Road respectively if you turn right from the project. On the other hand, turning left would lead you to exit on Ratchadaphisek Road via Pracha Rat Bamphen Road or Ratchadaphisek Soi 18 (if you want to reach MRT Huaikwang); if you don’t take the two mentioned shortcuts and instead drive straight upward, you will be exited on Sutthisan Road, which also connects to Ratchadaphisek Road.
Though having a public transit in a close distance, the traffic jams on Pracha Uthit Road would delay you to get there. During the day, the traffic flows with a normal pace, but the prime time would give a denser stream of cars. One favourable aspect of the project’s location is being 750 metres away from Pracha Uthit Junction (Meng Jai Junction), where a great number of notable restaurants are nestled in; you would find pubs, cafes, and bars around the junction too.

You can also reach the project from Ramkhamhaeng Road too. Turn left into Pracha Uthit Road, drive straight, and make a U-Turn on Pradit Manutham Road. After the U-Turn, turn left into Pracha Uthit again and go straight for about 2.5 km., the project will be on your left

As a small road, Pracha Uthit comprises mostly of commercial buildings operating different kind of businesses from restaurants and franchise to salon and automobile. A short walk from the project is The Pizza Company located on the opposite side; you could order and eat right at the place. Next to the pizza shop is a convenient store 7-11, supplementing your food supplies in 24-hour. A little walk further is another convenient store Family Mart, where its opposite is Bang Chak petro station. For grander department stores, they are located on Ratchadaphisek Road. Near the Rama IX Junction are an IT mall Fortune Town and CentralPlaza Rama 9 confronting each other. Around MRT Thailand Cultural Centre, one stop from MRT Huai Kwang, is Esplanade, another shopping complex where its backyard is the trendy outdoor hangout place Train Night Market Ratchada. Closer to MRT Huaikwang are Big C Extra Ratchada, a hypermarket for all possible groceries, and the recently-opened community mall The Street Ratchada.
Analysis
Areas in MRT Huai Kwang’s ring has a high reidential demand especially for the properties located right by Ratchadaphisek Road. Those located a distance in the alleys might be less appeal due to the more difficulty to reach the public transit.
