The condo faces towards the northwestern direction. Even though the condo entrance from Phaholyothin Rd. is quite narrow so to describe, the outdoor space within the condo area is enormous. When passing through the gate, Building A appears at first sight. This building offers the cheapest units among them all.

The condo is densely surrounded by clusters of abodes of no more than 3 storeys, which are not in the way of sightseeing the townscape from the upper floors of the condo.

With the principal face looking with the easterly orientation, sweeping views of cityscape comprising 3-storey commercial buildings lined along Phaholyothin road and the railway can be obtained.

The north of the condo lies adjacent to Amorphan Market and townhomes surrounding Kasetsart University.

The south view encompasses commercial buildings standing closely to one another, one of which is an 8-storey building of Land Development Department, which can only be clearly visible from a few of units of this condo.

Getting There

Personal Vehicle: Go straight along Phahonyothin Rd through Ladprao Five Ways, Ratchayothing Intersection and Senanikom Intersction. After passing through Senanikom Intersection, stay on the left for about 300 metres and the condo is on the left.

An optional direction is to drive along Viphawadi Rd, past Don Mueng Airport towards Kasetsart University, then make a left towards Kasetsart Intersection. At the intersection take the right onto Phaholyothin Rd and drive straight along the road until reaching Senanikom Intersection, then turn around. Keep left about 300 metre and the condo is found leftward.

Public Buses: #26, 39, 63, 177, 191, 503, 524 and 545

Public Transits: The nearest stations are BTS Mo Chit and MRT Phahonyothin stations for time being. After getting off either of these stations, take public bus to come to the condo. In the future residents there will be stations Senanikom (green line) and Kaset (green line) established even closer to the condo.
