CARAPACE Hua Hin-Khao Tao one of the interesting projects which is not far from Hua Hin. It is located at Khao Tao beach near Petchkasem road. There are many room types available. The space varies between 26 to 43.53 square meters. Full facilities access in the common area whether it be the Grand Lobby, All Day Dining, Fitness, Swimming Pool, Water park, Beach Club. The price starts from THB3.5 million.
The prime locations are not only characterized by those centred around the city’s financial and industrial districts or close at hand with the urban mass transit, but also those within the universities’ campuses which harbour mass students looking out for temporary stays. Grasping this new concept and possibility, the campus condos are launched to meet the demands of the students temporarily relocated from home in the remote areas as well as the buyers who want to invest in property by rent.
Kasetsart University’s Campus is eye-catching for its physical expanse allowing for countless lives to occupy together with the high proximity to the green line mass transit (under construction heretofore) extending from Mo Chit to Saphan Mai to Khu Khot and giving convenient accesses to Bangkok’s CBDs. Even though there are a number of condo units put up for sale around Kasetsart University, Pruksa Real Estate’s Chapter One The Campus Kaset is the only condo as of now fully constructed and ready to move in. As its development was completed earlier than the rest, it shall enjoy the first-mover advantage or such.

Location
Phaholyothin is one of utter importance with immense property investments lurking around every bend as well as convenient accesses to transportations to neighbouring CBDs in plenty. It owed this prosperity to the nearby CBDs its margins are being in touch with. In the future, the green line will be established across the area to provide for easy accesses to places ranging from Rungsit to CBD. In details, the line extends from Mo Chit station to Ladprao Five-Ways to Ratchayothin Intersection to Kasetsart Intersection to Saphan Mai, and ends at Khu Khot station in Rungsit Khlong 2 region.
Never short of homes are the areas set along Phaholyothing Rd from Ratchayothin Intersection to Kasetsart Intersection, as well as the campus of Kasetsart University, a magnet attracting commercial centres, shops, restaurants and other conveniences. All of the places previously mentioned are all conveniently accessible via roads including Viphawadi Rd, Ratchadaphisek Rd, Ngamwongwan Rd, and Kaset-Nawamin Rd, which intersect with each other at many points, forming the crossings. The green line will soon be extended to serve the eagerly awaiting passengers at greater conveninece. For now MRT is accessible easiest at MRT Phahonyothin station, while BTS is accessible via BTS Mo Chit. People could have a go at other public transportations to travel to the remote locations deep in streets.
Chapter One The Campus Kaset is situated on Phaholyothing Rd and 100 metre far from Kasetsart Intersection. In the future any inhabitants will be able to access Senanikom and Kasetsart stations as the most conveniently located entrances to the public transit at will. They can reach there easily by foot as the condo is adjacent to the main road.

It’s in great demand among the students who couldn’t afford to lose lodgings within easy walking with the university. Queued along the way from the condo to the university are convenience stores, pharmacies, street food stalls and markets, all of which set out grocery items on display visibly to the naked eyes. But if the residents of Chapter One would like to take the road to somewhere else, they are undoubtedly obliged to pull through the fanatic traffic blocks that commands this domain on a regular basis.
