The area of Rama 9 will soon ascend another central business district in Bangkok because it has since been in neighborhood with the major CBD of Sukhumvit. Ideo Mobi Rama 9 is located on the corner of Rama 9 Intersection along the inbound lane of the road towards Victory Monument as well as traversed by Phetchaburi Road. From the condo it’s easy to reach to MRT station by simply crossing the road while keeping your eyes for the cars from all directions. Its location is slightly better than the other because it’s the closest to the MRT station. But in terms of ground transportation, it offers any convenience none more so than do the other condos.

 

Newly developed condominiums are set along the same side as Ideo Mobi Rama 9 and on the opposite to MRT (MRT Rama 9). The older condos including Lumpini Place Rama 9-Ratchada, TC Green Rama 9, and Belle Grand Rama 9 by G Land, are all located on the same side as MRT Rama 9 station but might not be any better than those on the opposite side of the road because they’re still quite far from the station.

Its location is neither at advantage nor disadvantage in comparison with nearby condos; therefore, much of the buyer’s decision will heavily rely on the functionality, design and space of the condo units coupled with the on-site amenities, which also play a vital role.

Getting There 

 

There are several ways any driver can take to conveniently access Ideo Mobi Rama9. They can either take a short and convenient route through the expressway, or the ground roads which include Ratchadaphisek Road and Phetchaburi Road. For other directions, they should make for the condo from Victory Monument, Khlong Ton-Ramkhamhang, Asoke, and Sukhumvit zones. The only problem which obstructs their journey is the heavy traffic during peak hours along Rama IX road that is inevitable to avoid.
