At the moment, areas with access to BTS On Nut within 1.5 kilometres have become increasingly popular for condominiums with starting prices under 3 million baht, due to high residential demand of the location resulted from the expansion of CBD and Early Sukhumvit Zone. IKON Sukhumvit 77 is one among condominiums near BTS On Nut with fairy affordable starting price around 85,000-90,000 baht per square metre – the price range for most projects located within 1.5 kilometre from BTS On Nut. Residential projects here can be divided into two groups: one on Sukhumvit 77 or On Nut Road where numbers of land plots are still available for more developments, and the other near Sukhumvit 77’s entrance with a higher price range around 100,000-120,000 baht per square metre; both groups are conveniently accessible to BTS On Nut, though the latter group might be closer.

On the opposite side where Sukhumvit Alleys are even numbers, several new projects had been launched as well including The Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50, debuted at the end of last year with the starting price 2.2 million baht for a Studio 24 square metres; this project, though having a higher starting price, holds an advantage of having the construction almost fully complete, which can make an impact on buyers’ decisions and real demand in this location.
