The project is approximately one kilometre from BTS Saphan Khwai, a distance which can be covered with a motorcycle taxi in less than a few minutes. For hangout places the area consists of three main zones: the first one is around BTS Ari where you can find a small community mall and some chic cafes, the second one is Chatuchak Park where there’re a large greenery and a vast hip open-air market, and finally the third zone is Ladprao where many department stores can be found

In the future, the government also plans to construct an underground passageway linking Bang Sue Central Station, MRT Kamphaeng Phet, and MRT Chatuchak Park (next to BTS Mo Chit) together. This underground link will house a three-storey arcade; its first floor will be a shopping zone, the second an entertainment zone, and the third a parking lot.
Another promising improvement includes BRT’s new route which will run a 10-kilometre distance in a circular route, passing Bang Sue Central Station, MRT Chatuchak Park, Central Ladprao, Energy Complex Building, Nikom Km. 11 Development, and end at The Red Line Commuter Train’s Chatuchak Station (Bang Sue-Rangsit Section). This BRT new route is only one stop away from BTS Saphan Khwai Station, in addition.
