BTS is accessible from anywhere along Sukhumvit main road for use at your convenience. Take it from your nearest station and get off at BTS On Nut station through Exit 2. Option 1: For those who reside in the province of Samut Prakarn, they could make a good use of Thang Rotfai Sai Kao road that will lead them onto Supawut road at the end of the route. Option 2: Drive along Sukhumvit main road past Sukhumvit 77 alley until reaching the alley of Sukhumvit 89, then make a U-turn to drive in a direction towards the area of Phra Khanong. Stay on the road approximately 400 metres in length and keep left as soon as passing by Tesco Lotus. Make a left onto Soi Sukhumvit 50 and head into the street approximately 700m to the condo, which is also located opposite 7-11 convenience store.

Expected Return A little while back the condominiums with high proximity to On Nut experienced a great rise in land price which resulted in the average condo price reaping Bt 100,000/sq.m. In that same instant, the condos located out of easy walking of BTS received an appreciation in value pushing the selling price up to Bt 80,000/sq.m by estimate. In competition perspective, it got many developers nerve-wrecked and out of whack from time to time because of a great number of competitors they all had to contend with, especially in the past 2-3 years when their number burgeoned sharply and suddenly. Speculatively the greater demand in proportion to larger overseas buyers is the suspect of this course. The area around here also offers great things as is Sukhumvit area but poses less cost of living on the residents which makes it extremely desirable and attractive. In terms of rental, the average rental price around BTS Onnut was around Bt 15,000 – 20,000 a month for 1-bedroom unit [31sq.m.], indicating a rate of return of Bt 500 – 600/sq.m. a month.
