The campaign’s package offers each of the fervent buyers 60 days’ worth of stay over Sansiri’s 15 total condominiums in 5 prime cities across Thailand. 7 of 15 projects in total are the sold-out condos in which the buyers can secure temporary lodgings in exchange for the points they collected. At the launch of this event, it was said to guarantee the buyer 6-7% rental returns on annual basis for 2-5 years straight.
Plus Property takes responsibility on rent management for the owners of the units and at present is managing over 700 units.
