After the introduction last year, Raimon Land has officially debuted “The Lofts Asoke” with a show unit for interested ones to see. The chosen concept is “Industrial Loft,” a design that’s inspired from The Great Depression during World War II, when populations refurbished their barns to be a home. The distinctive point, therefore, is the extensive ceiling height, a rare style one could find in the prime area of Asoke. The project will be situated in the area that embraces holistic mass transit systems of BTS, MRT and Airport Rail Link.

Duplex units will be purchased majorly for residential purpose with the starting price of 27 MB and 120 Sq.m. usable area. 1-bedroom unit is more favorable for investment; however, there’s half probability for buyers to acquire as a habitation as well. The average rent price of 1-bedroom unit is at 1,000-1,200 Baht/Sq.m./Month.

Land prices by Asok Montri Road are in the top five most expensive land plots; the market price is around 1.1 MB/Sq.w. (Data from AREA). The factor contributing the extreme land price in this area is the nearby mass transit systems of BTS, MRT and Airport Rail Link. Besides, land prices in CBDs also increase by 7-10% every year.

Summary

Raimon Land has chosen the concept of “Loft,” inspired from the extensive ceiling height of Manhattan apartments; which, in addition, allows residents to have a greater focus on work according to psychological research. Through observation of the duplex show unit, the designs and tones of the room are very impressive as it caters a feel of living in an apartment abroad. While “Loft” has becoming a popular design, not every project exemplifies the style to the true core. The Lofts Asoke has shown the concept in an admiring point through duplex show unit, and we have to see how 1-bedroom unit will come out.
