After Raimon Land have opened its third condominium under the brand name “The Lofts” two years ago. This year, it have opened its new project, The Lofts Asoke, maintaining its concept of locating in the heart of the city, this time Asoke area. Even though, its have slowed down it launched at the last quarter towards the end of this year; but the project still received many positive feedback; because of its location. The Lofts Asoke which is located at the prime place of Bangkok

The Lofts Asoke is located on Asoke road at the Nana side, opposite to Rutnin Eye Hospital (which is to the end of the soi, near the intersection of Asoke- Petchaburi). Currently, this is location is the most popular, which allows to construct high buildings, making big investors and operators wanting to buy the land to build luxury condos. The price of this area is high, because of the development of transportation such as BTS, MRT, Airport Rail Link, and boat services (Klong SaenSab). Which makes the road near the projects be at the heart of transportation, examples are Srirat express way that is connected to Chaloemahanakorn expressway; which could take you to Rama 2- Bangna. In addition to reduce traffic, the new MRT orange line, starting from Talingchan station connecting to Chalermongkol (MRT) at Thailand Convection Center, at the total of 39.6 km, will be built. Asoke Road is filled with many shops and restaurants to fulfill the demand of the people living there

Asoke Montri Road serves as the busiest place in Bangkok, circled with many famous offices such as Grammy. This causes many big businesses to open restaurants and markets for working people; for example Sermmit Market (around 700 meters from the project) located on the opposite side of Chino-Thai building, consisting of restaurants and convenient stores. There are also more markets that are located behind Grammy building, such as street foods for example, Som- tum and Thai sweets. Further away for about 50 meters near Asoke Bridge, there is a little community mall, consisting of pizza shops, shoes, beauty salon, and car wash. In the morning, near the pier, there are many merchants that are selling soy milk, sticky rice and pork, etc; where office people will choose to buy it for their breakfast. Lastly, in the future, when Singh estate, that occupies more than 11 rai, is finished (almost), there will be another community mall and office located near the intersection of Asoke- Petchaburi.

The location of the project is considered to be one the the most prime of the Asoke area. Even though it is near the Petchaburi road, the transportation is easy because it is near shopping malls, shops, restaurants, and transportation services. Since the location is fully equipped, the big business operators are investing on this high land, highlighting the selling point of the project, where householder and investors are reserving even though there are no sample rooms like The lofts Asoke. The project was 20% reserved at the VVIP, which indicates the demand of people that are living or planning to live there. Therefore, by hurrying and reserving at the pre- sale period at the lower price, will be a benefit; this is because when the project is finished in around 2-3 years, the price will raise. Currently, renting a bedroom with less than 35 sq.m. at this area is around 30,000 baht/ month; and from research the rental yield at this area will increase around 6-7 %.

However, the area is also equipped with many transportation services that are located in the heart of Bangkok; such as BTS, MRT, Airport Rail Link, and boat services from Klong Saengsab; giving many routes options to travel. Even though the area of Asoke is occupied with many real estate (old and new), the Lofts Asoke is still confidence that the demand of living spaces of that area is high and that their unique qualities will be a good selling point. The Lofts Asoke, which is designed to be industrial lofts, have gained many likes, the limited units in the apartment is also good for people to invest on it. This is because, by looking into the future, there are many clues to how much this area of the city will grow and develop; and there will also be a lot of real estate developing at this area soon as well.
