Hello,
I'm a US citizen, my wife is Thai and our son is both a US and Thai citizen.
We would like to to purchase a home in Chiang Mai and hold title in my wife or sons name. We would like to finance a home yet this is where the sticky part is because our income is all US real estate investment based. We are fortunate to have about 2.4 million baht per year in passive income plus we have other income that is less stable. Can we apply for a bank loan to purchase a home based off our stable US income?
