I am looking to buy a condo around THB 5-7 million budget and i was wondering if anyone can direct me to a bank or specific account manager in a bank that would be willing to provide a mortgage loan i hold canadian and hong kong citizenship and have been working in thailand for 1 year at a well-known international company with work permit and a good salary so far i have went to citibank and i was told that they dont give loans to foreigners. Also I don't want to go to the private lenders like MBK as the high interest rate is not justifiable. Any help would be much appreciated!
