[Special Advertising Feature] In just a few short years, Habitat Group Co., Ltd. has earned a solid and sustainable reputation within Thailand’s high-energy, fast-moving real estate market.
Since the establishment of their company in Pattaya, up until they moved to the capital in Bangkok, they have maintained the same committed focus on quality, design, and location.
The developers scooped nine accolades at the 14th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2019, earning six Winner awards and three Highly Commended. The Habitat Group properties featured Ramada by Wyndam Mira North Pattaya and Walden Sukhumvit 39.
The company’s highlight for the night was being awarded Best Boutique Developer, with judges applauding the creative sense of ambition for each of their projects.
“When architecture, design, and experience are creatively, ambitiously, and boldly realised the results are inspirational, with the Habitat Group, established in 2012, bringing unique character to hospitality and residential developments in Bangkok and Pattaya, and achieving this with clarity and commitment.”
With 339 units ranging from 29-55 square metres, Ramada by Wyndam Mira North Pattaya cleverly creates a hidden oasis through praiseworthy landscaping, wave-like architectural lines, and striking split-level buildings.
Managed by hospitality giant Ramada who boasts a global portfolio, the development is fabulously ambitious and cohesive, with a desire to incorporate nature into an urban setting. The infinity-edge courtyard lagoon pool is a focal point, while facilities are holistically linked to waterfalls, terraces, and bridges within a tropical setting of greenery that also acts as an acoustic buffer.
The project was deservedly named as the winner for Best Hotel Architectural Design and Best Hotel Landscape Architectural Design. The judges were also impressed by the design influence of the sun, sea, and sky which underpins the development concept with great effect, attracting a Best Hotel Development (Eastern Seaboard) win.
“Habitat Group encapsulates a sense of movement within Ramada by Wyndam Mira North Pattaya, with sweeping architectural facades, colour palettes reflecting the natural environment, and a garden-inspired setting and water features that let leisure and relaxation time flow and follow its own path.”
The project was also awarded highly commended for Best Hotel Interior Design, as well as Best Hotel Residence.
Habitat Group exudes privacy, intimacy, and charm through the understated yet purposeful design elements of low-rise Walden Sukhumvit 39, envisioning a luxurious city-retreat character. This matches the project setting, which is a peaceful location within the heart of the city. With five types of residences, the development boasts 116 condo units with either one or two bedrooms, ranging from 40-60 sq m.
Along with achieving highly commended for Best High-End Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok), a win was awarded for Best High-End Condo Development (Bangkok) and Best High-End Condo Interior Design (Bangkok).
The development’s architectural philosophy is to create spaces that link the outdoors and the indoors so that harmony exists between the contrasting greenery and city environment. The interiors add earthy tones and wood detailing, with echoes of Japanese minimalism. The rooftop pool and onsen, as well as the private gardens for loft units and communal spaces, are relaxingly glamorous. Meanwhile, gold-coloured style features create rich statement of elegant luxury.
