Rhythm Sukhumvit 36-38 is a 25-storey, single tower development with 496 residential units and one retail unit. The carpark is positioned on 1st to 5th floor. The tower faces south toward Rama 4 Road.
Due to its peaceful location and convenience to the main road and BTS, the average rental rate at this area is approximately 800-1,000 THB per sqm or a 5.78% yield.
Next to Rhythm, there will be another project launching with an estimated selling price of over 250,000THB per sqm. This is expected to have a positive effect on the immediate land value and will possibly drive current prices of Rhythm up at least 15% in 2015.
The project design is truly inspired by the Japanese concept of “Engawa” or ‘Natural Touch’ allowing Rhythm to be rather unique in the area as there are no other projects that offer small studio units.
