There is clearly an intimate link between the prices of lands and properties in Bangkok and the location of the city’s highly efficient rapid transport system. Land & property prices hitting the roof steadfastly in the presence of the major transportation system is the phenomenon continually happening in Sukhumvit, Silom, and Sathorn zones. Before long, Bang Sue-Tao Poon zone will also experience the same fate, when Bang Sue a cross-platform interchange station joining BTS, MRT and Airport Rail Link achieves 100% completion. For the past 3-5 years throughout 487 rais of land within Bang Sue-Tao Poon zone, the land prices have sprung up by 20-50% and the number of condominiums have risen by an additional large percentage; the average selling prices of the condominiums situated within this locality have gone up to around THB 2million/ unit, or approximately THB 80,000-100,000/ Sq.m., and luxury condominiums like U Delight 1, 2, 3 and 4, Grand U, The Niche Mono Ratchavipha, and Suphalai Verunda, today can be seen beautifully located along Prachachuen road crossed by the (planned) mass transit lines. Project Details

As of July 16th, 2015, the construction was yet to begin but the pile foundation had successfully been laid. The condo head office and room models are conveniently sited near the condominium entrance, whereas the condominium is settled behind them, enclosed within keep-out aluminium fences during the development. The terrestrial design is superbly beautiful and eco-friendly, with much of space filled with well-grown plans and trees producing a serene park-like atmosphere.
