Exit onto Kanchanpisek road and go 6 km straight until reaching Suan Aharn Baun Jai, then take the left onto the street on which the project is located.
The entrance to iField Bangna is set along Kanchanapisek road, sided by Suan Aharn Bueng Yai and recognized for a large billboard advertising it.
Nearby Amenities
If there is any weakness about settling down along this road, it would be the lack in available amenities in walking distances. The conveniences nearest to iField are vibrant and entertaining street restaurants at large, such as View Dee restaurant (400m away), Suan Sanan (500m away) and Baun Jai (just the entrance of the street), all served with fresh sea food for competitive prices. Other will be situated further than one km from the bizz homes, including Mega Banga (2km away), Central Bangna (8km away), Index Living Mall (6km away), Ikea (6km away), and Chic Republic(6km away).
Analysis
It seems easily bearable to take everything in stride when no substitute competitors are present at the moment. iField Bangna made an entry into a regional market presenting bizz homes which are not widely yet known nor available in Thailand. Home seekers or investors alike should only find a plenty of them in astonishment along Kanchanapisek road; unfortunately most them were already sold out. During the initial introduction of bizz homes, despite the low presences of nearby amenities of easy walking and lack of public transit at the time, the demands for the homes were wildly overwhelming. Among small and medium business entrepreneurs, they seem to have taken iField’s bizz homes into great consideration for they are in search of comely home of an economical price they’re most willing to afford for.
