Direction 1: Drive across the overpass at Kasetsart University Intersection, Pong Phet Intersection and Khaerai Intersection until reaching Nonthaburi Civic Centre station, then keep left. Turn the left onto Soi Rattanathibet 3 and drive along the street about 300 metres. The condominium is located on the left.
Direction 2: Drive along Chaeng Watthana road toward Pak Kret until reaching Pak Kret 5-way intersection, then make a right onto Khaerai. Continue on the road and make a left at Soi Rattanathibet 3, which is close by the interchange station, Nonthaburi Civic Centre. Follow the street about 300 m and Vio Khaerai 2 is on the left.
Direction 3: If traveling from the sales gallery at Tiwanon intersection, turn around and head for Khaerai. Drive along the road and take the left onto Rattanathibet 3 street and stay on it till past 300 metres. The project is on the left.
Direction 4: A shortcut to Vio Khaerai 2 is to take Tiwanon 1 street and make a right onto Rewadee 11 street. Drive along the street about 300 m and Vio Khaerai 2 is on the right.

The approximate rental price of Vio Khaerai 2 is around THB 5,000/unit a month whereas it’s THB 300/sqm a month or THB 8,000 a month for Vio Khaerai. Vio Khaerai 2 is still cheaper because the electricity and water there cost less than do they at Vio Khaerai. Purchasing a unit of Vio Khaerai 2 makes quite a good investment because it doesn’t have nearby competitors to go up against with and when the purple line is officially in service, the yield rate of Vio Khaerai 2 will definitely increase.

Whereas most low-price condos, which are sold with a number of units of excellently proportioned layouts for a wide range of purposes, are labeled not being as good as it’s being advertised, Vio Khaerai 2 received relatively positive feedback from its buyers. After the on-site recon, it seems the developer did make use of decent-quality materials in every part of the room and well-organize the room to suit all needs. So the rental price of THB 5,000 a month is not hard to bear at all.
