Location

The areas along BTS line ranging from Lad Phrao Junction all the way down to Sukhumvit 70 are suitable for raising high-end and luxurious condominiums because they have strong potential for a high yield rate. According to Plus Property, Bangkok’s leading property agency, the condominiums which were established 3-4 years ago around BTS Ari station right now have experienced an over 80% increase in the selling price, which can be monetized as Bt 150,000/sq.m.
