The condo’s architecture is heavily influenced by the futuristic style with mickle patterns on the contemporary and lush exteriors giving more uniqueness and gimmick to the outer walls of the building and somewhat boosting the sales price. Ideo Mobi Bangsue Grand Interchange is located in the midsts of the area with great transportation system, which makes the right choice for those who want to live far from the hectic area but still needs quick lift to get to work on time. The condo is the produce of the consolidated efforts between Ananda and Mitsui who only had a part in this just to diversify its portfolio risks.

The purple line (Bangsue-Bangyai), which is partially successfully implemented. This line is expected to have Tao Poon station as a central interchange platform jointed by Airport Rail Link when fully completed and be officially in service on August 12th, 2016 according to the cabinet solution announced on March 27th, 2015. The second one is an extended blue line, which is anticipated to complete in April 2019 and will span from Bangsue to Thapra/Hua Lumpong to Bangkae. The last line is the red transit line (Bangsue-Taling Chan), which has recently been successfully completed and will be on tap once done with run-through.

 

-Bangsue Grand Station development plan:

Bangsue Grand Station, alias The Linkage and Business Hub of Asean, is the name of the project of developing the most diverse commercial business hub in Bangkok over an expansive land of 2,325 rais covering multiple transit lines as a centre of transit oriented developments (TOD). It’s anticipated to be officially open to the public in 2019. The speculation has it that by the end of 2047 there will be an estimate of 2-million-worth traffic come and go daily within this hub. The business portion of the hub has 4 constituent parts settled on 305 rais of land, including:

  1. Zone A: Smart Business Complex is a hotpot mixed by hotels, restaurants and stores, set over 35 rais of land on the south from Bangsue grand station and the east of the complex is adjacent to Sirat expressway while its south is set against Terddamri road.

  4. Zone D: World Renowned Garden Interchange Plaza is a skywalk platform that expands 87.5 rais of land touching Chatuchak market, BTS and MRT stations.

Getting There

  1. Personal Vehicle: There are a wide array of roads a driver can take, including Rama V, Terddamri, Bang Pho, Ratcha Burana II, Rama VI, Krung Thep-Nonthaburi, Prachachuen, Wongsawang, Phahonyothin, Wipawadee Rungsit, especially the on-off ramp to Prachanukul expressway.
  2. Public Transit: The condo keeps a close distance with Bangsue MRT station (MRT & the Bangsue-Thapra blue line), and is within 200-300 metre easy walking to the developing Tao Poon station of the purple line, which also connects to Airport Rail Link.

By MRT, from Tao Poon station, you can arrive at Central Ladprao at the next four stations, Chatuchak park at the next three stations, and Asoke Interchange station at the next twelve stations.

From Tao Poon station, switching to BTS at Chatuchak/Mo Chit station in between, total train stops are 7 to Victory Monument, 8 to Phaya Thai, 10 to Siam, or 12 to Silom.

Take the transit from Tao Poon to Bangsue and change to Airport Rail Link and continue for 7 more station to Suwannaphum airport.

Currently, the condo prices around Tao Poon area are growing in the price range of Bt 85,000 – 100,000/sq.m. and it would be a huge leap once the new extended line is out. Summary

Ideo Mobi Bangsue is available for sale at a relatively low price for the lower cost it was developed before more urbanization occurred to this area. When the interchange station adjoining three transit lines come into operation, it will definitely produce greater demand and greater price for the condo around it. In general the area might soon be on par with the CBDs of Silom, Sathorn and Asok but doesn’t ring a bell of those who work daily in Fung Thon. Even if taking BTS or MRT which is supposed to be the most rapid mean of transportation, it will take at least an hour in arrive in Fung Thon, as making around 18-20 stops.
