The project is situated in CBD of Asok where the interchange point between Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT is just 550 m. away. Residents can access to several alleys in the inner-Sukhumvit area although the traffic may be high especially in prime time. While Terminal 21 is right at the interchange point, the area also comprises a variety of eateries and workplaces. The characteristics of this high-end project is great, but the fact that the starting price is at 180,000 Baht/Sq.w. made it appealing.
