There’s Phattanakarn-Chaloem Phrakiat Ratchakan Thi 9 New Road in front of the project; which is the motive for many developers who have started to initiate residential projects in this area.

Analysis
Returns analysis
In general, buyers would purchase single-houses for habitations rather than investment purpose; especially those with the price above ten million baht, which are purchased to accommodate a large family. However, in the aspect of returns, the house prices will inevitably increase as time passes. There are several factors that will contribute the growth of house prices such as several ongoing projects of the government, developments of projects and community malls, and the convenient access to the inner city. When there are more project developments completed in this area, the value of the house will certainly fetch higher.

Summary
High-end single-house is still in great demands as the slowdown of real estate market has little effects on this segment. The majority of buyers are those who aspire to live with family in a spacious house, along privacy and proximity to the inner area of the city. Likewise, Sansiri has launched the project “Setthasiri Pattanakarn” in the high potential area of On Nut-Pattanakarn, coming with five house types and the starting price at 8 MB for the smallest unit. Setthasiri is the second top brand of Sansiri where you will experience a high sense of luxury and high-class facilities. The location is not too far from the CBD but the only drawback is the lack of BTS and MRT. You can take a taxi to reach the central city, otherwise several transits are required to take. Nevertheless, the elegance of the project, concept, and innovation, are the prominent points for buyers to look for; and those who seek for a great habitation to accommodate the family, whether large or small, will find this an ideal place to spend the money for.
