Project Details
The Line Sukhumvit 101 is expected to be a 37-storey high-rise condominium sitting on an L-Shape landscape. You will notice the advertising sign of the project if you drive passing by this area. Let’s have a look at the real site at the moment.
As mentioned in the location section, the project is situated in-between BTS Bang Chak and BTS Punnawithi. Bang Chak Station is a little further with 450 m., whereas Punnawithi Station is only 250 m. away.
Location
In 1950, Bangkok-Samutprakarn Road was renamed to Sukhumvit Road; since then, the road was gradually embraced by residential developments and lifestyle amenities, which eventually complemented this array to be the downtown of Bangkok.

If you love Thai-Chinese food, Hua Seng Hong is situated just 200 m. away on the same street side; walk towards BTS Punnawithi, you will find the restaurant on the left. From there, you will find the entrance of Sukhumvit 101. If you walk in the alley further, there are Vietnamese restaurant and a famous street eatery who serves Chinese roll noodle soup; a lot of celebrities come to this restaurant, in addition. Moreover, walking further down the road, passed BTS Punnawithi, you will find Piyarom Place which is a community mall with several restaurants, shops and a high-end coffee shop like Starbucks. Nevertheless, Piyarom Place is soon to be replaced with a mixed-use development named Whizdom 101, and there will be a skywalk from here to BTS Punnawithi.
