Victory Monument is nowadays a major public terminal of Bangkok, a roundabout which comprises numerous public bus lines, vans service, and BTS Skytrain. The place is dense with population, street eateries, and traffic on a daily basis. Nevertheless, it is the only location left among other nearby BTS stations, that has some undeveloped lands remains. It is not so surprised that the project was sold out in a short period of time, because this is a strategic position that allows residents to reach many destinations. Ratchawithi 7 Alley is a one-way 400-metre thoroughfare between Ratchawithi Road and Rang Nam Alley. If you exit on Ratchawithi Road, Center One Shopping Plaza is located on the left, a 75-metre walk away. However, if you exit on Rang Nam Alley, only possible through walk, you will find a lot of street eateries, as well as King Power Complex on the opposite side and Century Movie Plaza that situates 100-metre away to the right. The average rent price you will earn here is at least 15,000 baht per month for the smallest unit. The project is located in a high-residential-demand hub, resulted in having all units sold out at the time of writing. Though Maestro 07 Victory Monument is a small-landscape low-rise project, the facilities provided are still plentitude, especially on the rooftop where you can find unwinding greenish area of jogging track, BBQ Pit, yoga space, vantage points to spot the cityscape, etc. There are 1-2 bedroom with the sizes ranging from 27 to 68 square metre. While all units are sold out at the time of writing, there are still chances of resales in the future, as a large portion of units’ owners at the moment are presumedly investors. The sooner unit’s acquirement, the greater unit’s price leap you can have, as the number of property around the Victory Monument is quite scarce, contrast to the high residential demand in this high-populated area.
