Sukhumvit 105 is also known as Lasalle Road, a Z-shape passage in-between Sukhumvit Road and Srinakarin Road. The closest public transit is BTS Bearing, the terminal station on the eastern route of BTS Dark Green Line, yet the route is soon to have more extended stations. It would take around 5-minute walk from the project to BTS Bearing; 400 metres is neither a close nor a far distance to reach. Sukhumvit 105 is in the Outer Sukhumvit, a territory where developments are still immature; there are more middle-priced condominiums than luxury ones, still, a great number of community malls and cafes have established in the past few years.
