Grand Unity Development, a developer established since 2001 who specializes in condominiums, now launches their latest product “Condo U Kaset – Nawamin.” The new low-rise retreat is located on Lat Pla Khao Road, a route in-between Ramintra Road and Kaset-Nawamin Road, waiting to embrace two mass transits while being close to two existing expressways, easing navigation throughout the city. Despite being fairly distant from the CBD areas, the surroundings still offer ample lifestyle amenities to cherish on, as well as educational institutions and hospitals. The project is being developed to serve investors and moderate-income consumers, with the starting price at THB 1.79 million. Official booking starts from 4 February 2017.

The construction work is under Syntec Construction PCL. whose portfolio comprises a list of high-end developments in Thailand. For this project, the builder uses precast concretes which has a higher quality and can better retain outdoor noise. Interior design is in the hands of PIA Interior Co. Ltd., who gives a hygienic and natural look to the rooms with white and green colours. Likewise, there is a recreational garden on the ground floor in each residential building to soften your mind from the hustle and bustle of the city. In detail, the facilities building offers a salt-water swimming pool with a size of 20 x 4.5 metres and 1.2 metre depth, Co-Working Space, and fitness on the second floor.

Condo U Kaset – Nawamin is located on Lat Pla Khao Road, around 4-minute drive from Kaset-Nawamin Road. The surroundings mostly comprises of low-rise developments, including projects from developers and existing commercial buildings. Therefore, those who buy a unit on the upper floors will definitely have a clear view. One downside of Lat Pla Khao Road is its traffic congestion especially during the prime time. Nevertheless, the issue would be alleviated when the two mass transits, BTS Green Line’s Bang Bua Station and MRT Pink Line’s Lat Pla Phao Station, come to operate closeby in the near future. There are two expressways in the proximity as well, Don Mueang Toll Way and Ramintra – At Narong Expressway, in case you need a rush commute.
