The undergoing development of BTS blue line has allowed developers to forge away at reviving the trend of Fung Thon properties along the west side of Chao Phraya River including Pinklao, Charan Sanitwong, Tha Phra and Bangkae district. To further the course, the orange line transit extending from Taling Chan to Thailand Cultural Centre as well as the red line making connection between Taling Chan and Salaya were forthcoming. Fung Thon in due course, will be a happening place with 3 major transit lines in total running throughout the city and providing for passages at the residents’ conveniences. The three make quite an expansive public transit system for Fung Thon, which attracts Ananda Development to build a condo on Charan Sanitwong Rd going by the name of Ideo Mobi Charan Interchange after the (undone) nearby interchange station. This high-rise condo debut in 2014 and achieved a critical acclaim of 85% selling rate in short time. It was expected to be 100% sold out next year or anon.

A guard house is right next to the entrance. All vehicular accesses are under control by the boom barrier.

To the left of the condo, there are low-rise buildings with 2-metre height more or less, lined with the condo.
There are Erawan shrine and the shrine of household gods standing together around the corner of the project area.
A temporary settlement of construction workers from Pornpranakorn Company is located on the back of the condo.

Inside the Sales Gallery
A map encased in frame fitted to the wall shows the three major transit lines (blue-orange-red) and the location of the condo.
Sided by the condo and along the road running in parallel with the railway is the street entrance of Bangkhunnon station to the urban underground transit, the orange line.
The north lobby has 2 passenger lifts. Near to them, there is the door connecting to the parking area and service lift.
You can only go up the lift to the floor that is specifically designated on the card that the system reads and authorizes. Two passengers lifts with the key card lock will be available after the sales closure. There will be a total of 2 passenger lifts and 1 service lift in each lobby.
North: The rear side of the condo faces this direction. There are few minor streets for personal use available around this particular zone, clearly cut through the packs of mass 2-storey homes.
South: Sided by Khlong Bangkhunnon and Charan Sanitwong 39 street lined with residences and Makro Charan at large.
East: The principal face of the condo orients in southeastern direction, for not being too direct with the sun. The exception is the lobby, which faces towards the swimming zone.
There is a bus stop near the condo’s entrance and Max Value. This spot is a stop many buses come and leave all day.
The U-turn junction is located near the condo’s entrance, but made for not-so-easy use for if consideringly crossing the road of the whole 2 lanes to get on it and turn.
West: A local community packed with single and town homes for the most part as well as local roads run through the area along the railway. Seen nearly 1.5 km westward from the condo is the village of Setsiri encompassing 3-storey houses. Luckily CIMB bank is located adjacent to Ideo Mobi Charan on this side.

Location
The blue line intersects with the red line and orange line.
Before the blue line transit was created, among those set along Chao Phraya River, the areas of Pinklao and Borommaratchachonnani were considered as the best spots for developing high-rise abodes having the right landscapes coupled with acceptable prices for land. Especially, Rachaphruek was all the rage with the highest selling price per residential unit to offer. In contrast, a number of factors were agreeable to the low level of developers’ interests towards Fung Thong, because it had neither the capacity to support high-rise structures nor any easy access to transportation. But for the past 2-3 years, the expansion of the transportation system including the blue line, orange line, red line, and inner and outer roads newly cut, has brought Fung Thon into the spotlight, giving rise to various condo developments along with an increase in prices for lands of Fung Thon. It’s expected to heat up when all extended transit lines come to completion.
As of the present state of affairs, the piles of the blue line transit have been laid upon the median strip amid Charan Sanitwong Rd, with contiguous packs of 2-4 storey commercial buildings lined on both of its sides. Reaching from Bangsue to Tha Phra with several train stops in-between, the blue line is expected to complete by 2017, followed by the underground railway of the orange line transit to extend from Taling Chan to Thailand Cultural Centre in 2019 with Bangkhunnon station nearest to Ideo Mobi Charan Interchange. In addition, the red line will as well be finished and able to operate in due time, as the project was designated to begin in 2016. It will be set in between Bangkhunnon Rd and the train railway. The red line shall give people passage from pillar to post between Taling Chan and Salaya. Therefore, Ideo Mobi Charan Sanitwong will be all around by 3 transit lines in all within 100-metre range.
The undergoing construction of the blue line has been largely causing chronic traffic congestion along Charan Sanitwong Rd, especially during the peak hours, but the problem will soon abate by itself when the line is entirely constructed. In the same instant, an ultimate townscape can be overlooked from the skywalk of Charansanitwong Interchange station as well. The delight of living at Ideo Mobi Charan is ultimately heightened with the conveniences available nearby including Makro Charansanitwong located 200 metre from the condo and the Bang Khun Si market, a focal point of the community where plenty suppliers were there selling items used for living.
In terms of on-road commutation, Pinklao road is accessible within 1.5 km distance from the front of the condo, and gives convenient accesses to Bangkhuntien Rd, which also leads to Borommaratchachonnani Rd, and going down that road for 5km will get the driver on Rachaphruek Rd. By traversing all these roads, the traveller can get in touch with the locales of Sathorn and Tha Phra. Apart from that, Phlu Market, a hub of street food stalls, is located within easy reach with a 3.5km driving distance from the condo. Furthermore, Siriraj Hospital is conveniently located on Phran Nok Rd, from which Arun Amarin Bridge is situated crossing to Phra Nakhon district at an extreme ease.
In addition to easy accesses to public transit and roads, the public busses are also available, scheduled to stop by the front of condo on a minute-by-minute basis, so are motorcycles and mini-trucks. The passage from Charan Sanitwong 39 to condo can be easily arranged.
The location may not excite the buyers or investors by its current condition but once the blue line has come into operation, the old townscape of Fung Thon will be stripped off forever.
Stumble across the intersection towards Southern Bus Terminal, Rama VII Bridge and Siriraj after sticking to the road by and by. Make a left onto Siriraj Rd.
At the end of the line the road splits into T-junction with a left split towards Tha Phra and the right towards Pin Klao and Bangkok Noi. This T-junction is called Fai Chai junction.
When arriving at Fai Chai junction, take a slow and careful right turn as the construction site is undergoing on the road. Then you find yourself driving on Charan Sanitwong Rd.
The urban rapid transit construction of the Blue Line is undergoing in the central reservation along the roads.
Ideo Mobi Charan Interchange set along Charan Sanitwong Rd with the roadside frontage of 200 metre long.
Getting There
Drive along Ratchaphruek Rd and take the left turn onto the road lined with the train railway. Stay on that road for approximately 4 kilometres and you will reach the point where Ratchaphruek meets Charan Sanitwong. There, you make a right on the road crossing the railway. Continue straight for no less than 500 metres and turn around at the junction near Makro Charan. Drive down on that lane for 200 metre and the condo can be found adjacent to the road.
The second direction is to drive down Phetchkasem Rd. towards Tha Phra intersection and as soon as getting there, make a right onto the road towards Fai Chai T-junction past Siam Institute of Technology and crossing the bridge across Morn canal. After passing through the T-junction continue along the road approximately 4km and you will wind up at the condo.
The third direction is to cross Phra Pin-klao Bridge and then Arun Amarin Bridge. Make a right at the intersection near Siriraj Hospital onto Wang Lang Rd. Continue along the road to Phran Nok Rd to Fai Chai T Junction, then make a right. Go down the road approximately 1km and the condo is sided by the road.
Last, if coming from Rama VII Rd. cross Rama VII Bridge and descend onto Charan Sanitwong Rd. Pass through Borommaratchachonnani intersection and stay on the road for another 1.5 km and the condo is found on the opposite lane of the road. Make a U-turn at Makro Charan and drive back 200 metre to enter the condo.

Analysis
After patrolling the areas along Charan Sanitwong Rd, the townscapes comprise stands of high-rise condos grew densely around the BTS stations, especially in Bang Phlat where the grand Bangsue interchange station can be conveniently accessed. Bang Phlat is also of a superior level than its neighbouring regions in terms of investment potentials and purchasing price of land. Luckily the location of Ideo Mobi Charan will soon receive the blessings of Charansanitwong Interchange station the same way Bangsue station has affected Bang Phlat. Charansanitwong station will act as the crossing between three major transit lines ranging from the orange to the red to the blue. In that event, AP (Thailand) has launched Life Pinklao condominium near where this station is about to take place, in the precession of the launching of Thana Arcadia by CKT International. Over the long haul, this area will harbour an intense competition among property developers. With reference to the ongoing situation, the average rental price of the condos across Charan-Pinklao is approximately THB 12,000 a month for a unit with a space of 21.5 sq.m., which is twice as expensive as the average mansion or apartment within the same locale. Though the amenities and environment are all conveniently located with easy accesses via BTS or personal vehicle. Renting out a purchased unit is by far a good choice of investment if the resident wants to invest over a short term. But if he or she wants to save it for a long term and sell it out for a huge gross profits, he or she should take into account the existing number of competitors added with the future new entrants.

Starting 1.75MB/unit or approximately THB 94,762/sq.m.
Summary
Ideo Mobi Charan Interchange took the name of the grand Charansanitwong Interchange station, which was after the road it’s currently sitting on. The station is a nexus between the blue line (Bangsue-Tha Phra), the orange line (Taling Chan-Thailand Cultural Centre), and the red line (Taling Chan-Salaya). Considering all these public transits, it’s one of the most conveniently commuting condos ever launched in Bangkok. In addition, it’s set along the main road, which stretches from Phra Nakhon to Ratchphruek-Sahorn. Thanks to the blue line that is currently undergoing the construction, the condo has become a household name among the buyers and investors. The greater land price and rental yield can be guaranteed once all lines are put in service.
