The existing BTS Green Line is expected to have 16 new stations extended in the northern part from the current terminus Mochit Station. The alignment will run around 19 kilometres in distance passing Lat Phrao Intersection, Ratchayothin Intersection and eventually end at Khu Khot Station around Lam Luk Ka Road. Along its route at Lak Si roundabout is an interchange Wat Phra Si Station which will join with the Monorail Pink Line; both routes expected to come operate in 2020. In addition, the Monorail Pink Line consists of 30 stations starting from Nonthaburi Province on Rattanathibet Road and end at Min Buri Station in Min Buri district. The route will pass Tiwanon Road, Chaeng Wattana Road, Ramintra Road, and Ramkhamhaeng Road. It also intersects with several other lines such as Purple Line, Dark Red Line, Green Line, and Orange Line. While now there are only three mass transits serving the population: BTS Green Line, MRT Blue Line, and MRT Purple Line; by the time more routes come to completion station by station, Bangkok Metropolitan Region will have a full-scale transportation network linking every area together as one.

Modiz Interchange is located on Ramintra Road close to Lak Si roundabout (Phithak Ratthathammanun Monument) and only 90 metres from the upcoming Wat Phra Si Station, an interchange between BTS Green Line and Monorail Pink Line. In the vicinity, prominent amenities are Tesco Lotus situated around 1 kilometre upward on Phahonyothin Road, Krirk University located a short walk on the left on Ramintra Road, and CentralPlaza Ramintra, a department store standing a short distance further around Ramintra 3 Alley.

If you look to buy units here to lease out for monthly income, observe some other projects first as demand from the low-income consumers are still sluggish due to the home loan restrictions and high level of household debts. Consumers now might be more interested in the area closer to the CBD. However, one attribute that keeps Modiz Interchange appealing is the upcoming of Mo Chit-Saphanmai-Kukot extension of BTS Green Line, that will lay an interchange station a short walk from the project. When the extension is completed in 2019, demand for units here will definitely increase; nevertheless, by that time the unit prices would have increased as well.
