A private lift is conveniently accessed from the lobby and park at the floor on which a resident lives, located in the entry foyer of the unit. It’s accessible via the key card the resident holds. Within the foyer, there are built-in shoe cabinet positioned by the lift.
The kitchen includes a dining area consisting of 4 seats fixed to the wall, 2 chairs and dining table, and is set at the foremost part of the unit.
Underneath the sink, a built-in trash can is attached behind one of the double doors of wooden pattern.

Summary
With over 1,000 condo units available to move in, there is nothing as terrifying as endless morning traffic blocks many drivers are close to a nerve wreck. In addition to mind-numbing traffic congestion, the noise pollution is driving people on and off street crazy as well. The developer of Noble Ploenchit has recognized this problem so it created homes with special materials, for instance, safety glass windows/doors along with private lifts, exclusively for its privileged residents to stay home at peace.
