Cha-Am will witness its priciest residential units go on sale with the planned launch of The Veyla Cha-Am Residences next month.
Priced from THB54 million upwards to THB59 million, each of the four exclusive pool villa properties will occupy between 182 and 193 square wah, with a usable area of between 420 and 455 sqm.
The property developer, owned by the Sophonpanich family, aims to launch Veyla Cha-am Residences in January 2014 on a plot of land near the Hotel De La Paix in the Gulf of Thailand resort town.
This will be the second development by the company, who say these will be the most expensive properties ever sold in the seaside town close to Hua Hin.
Property in Cha-Am and Hua Hin, especially the second home market, has been growing in popularity with Thais and foreigners over the last 12 months.
